2 Ingredient Banana Pancakes

What You'll Need-

2 medium ripe bananas

2 medium eggs

Butter or oil for the pan

Optional

¼ baking powder *to make fluffier

¼ tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of cinnamon

1 Tbsp cocoa powder or protein powder

What To Do-

1. Mash the bananas with a fork until the consistency becomes pudding-like. Whisk in the eggs and add the extra ingredients if desired. Stir until contents are smooth. 

2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the oil. Drop about 2 tbsp of batter into the skillet. Cook the pancakes until bottoms look golden brown, use caution when flipping the pancakes as the batter is looser than regular pancake batter.

3. Serve warm and top however you like, I chose SunButter and fresh fruit.
