Chia Seed Pudding

What You'll Need-

2 cups coconut milk

½ cup chia seeds

¼ cup or less honey or maple syrup

Optional: ¼ tsp cinnamon powder

What To Do-

1. Place coconut milk and honey into a bowl and whisk until mixed evenly.

2. Pour the liquid into a mason jar or glass container and add the chia seeds. Shake the jar lightly so all contents spread evenly throughout. 

3. Refrigerate overnight or for approximately 4 hours to let gel. Top with your favorite fruit + non-nut butter and enjoy!
