Coconut Collagen Freezer Fudge

What You'll Need-

1 cup coconut butter, *I used Earth Balance Peanut Coconut Butter

⅓ cup coconut oil

1 scoop Primal Kitchen Vanilla Coconut Collagen

1 tsp. cinnamon

Handful of coconut flakes

What To Do-

1. In a small saucepan over low heat, add the coconut butter, coconut oil, collagen and cinnamon.

2. Whisk until the mixture is completely melted and well mixed (no clumps).

3. Line a muffin tin and fill each muffin tin about ⅓ of the way with the melted coconut butter mixture. 

4. Top with coconut flakes, freeze for 30 minutes and enjoy!
