Coconut Vanilla Cordyceps Latte

What You'll Need:

3/4 cup coconut milk

1/2 Tbsp. coconut oil

1/4 cup water

1 packet Four Sigmatic Cordyceps Mushroom Elixir

1 tsp. Maju Superfoods Ashwagandha Powder

1 tsp. cinnamon

What To Do:

  1. Warm coconut milk and coconut oil on the stovetop over low heat *be careful not to boil, burnt coconut milk is no bueno*.
  2. Add warm coconut milk, water, cordyceps mushroom elixir, ashwagandha powder and cinnamon to your blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds until foam forms.
  3. Top with more cinnamon and sip immediately for shroomy goodness.
