Dark Chocolate Banana Bread Brownie Bites

What You'll Need-

2 ripe bananas

½ cup coconut butter

½ tsp vanilla extract

½ cup SunButter

¾ cup of Organic Gemini TigerNut Flour

¼ cup cocoa powder

⅓ cup chocolate chips

1 tsp baking powder

What To Do-

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a muffin tray and grease the liners. 

2. In a large bowl, mash bananas with a fork. Add coconut butter, SunButter and vanilla extract and stir until combined.

3. Add the TigerNut flour, baking powder and cocoa powder to wet ingredients and mix well. Then, fold in the chocolate chips.

4. Fill the liners with about 2-3 tbsp of batter. Bake for 18-20 minutes and enjoy! Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
