Dark Chocolate Zucchini Bread Brownies

What You'll Need-

1 box King Arthur Gluten Free Brownie Mix

6 Tbsp butter

3 eggs

1 Tbsp vanilla extract

1 ½ cups of shredded zucchini *use a paper towel or cheese cloth to squeeze out excess moisture

⅓ cup dark chocolate chips

¾ cup sugar

What To Do-

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 8 x 8 brownie tray.

2. In a medium bowl, mix together eggs, vanilla and butter. Mix in the shredded zucchini and then add the chocolate cake mix and sugar. Mix well until the mixture is combined and smooth and fold in the dark chocolate chips. 

3. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
