Figgy Breakfast Scones

What You’ll Need:
2 cups King Arther GF Flour
⅓ cup coconut oil, melted
2 scoops collagen peptides
5 Tbsp. maple syrup
Pinch of pink salt
What To Do:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl mix together everything except the figs.
Slice the figs.
Form the dough into circles and press 1-2 figs on top of each dough ball.
Bake for 17 minutes, until bottoms are golden.
Great as breakfast with coffee, or dessert fresh out the oven with some ice cream!
