Figgy Breakfast Scones

Please note: The original recipe is from . Only substitution I made is for allergy friendly flour substitute.

What You’ll Need:

2 cups King Arther GF Flour

⅓ cup coconut oil, melted

2 eggs

2 scoops collagen peptides

5 Tbsp. maple syrup

Pinch of pink salt


What To Do:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium bowl mix together everything except the figs.

  3. Slice the figs.

  4. Form the dough into circles and press 1-2 figs on top of each dough ball.

  5. Bake for 17 minutes, until bottoms are golden.

  6. Great as breakfast with coffee, or dessert fresh out the oven with some ice cream!
