Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds

What You'll Need-

½  cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Oats

½ cup coconut milk

1 Tbsp chia seeds

½ Tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

What To Do- 

1. Combine all ingredients together in a glass jar. Mix well, cover and refrigerate overnight. 

2. In the morning, top with your favorites. I use fresh fruit, cinnamon, coconut flakes, honey drizzle and seed butter.
