Paleo Pancakes

What You'll Need -

3 eggs

¼ cup coconut oil, melted

¼ cup Suzie's Quinoa Milk Unsweetened

1 Tbsp. honey

¾ cup Otto's Cassava Flour

½ tsp. baking powder

Pinch of salt

What To Do - 

1. Whisk the eggs in a large mixing bowl. Then add in the melted coconut oil, quinoa milk, honey and mix well. 

2. Next add in your dry ingredients, cassava flour, baking powder and salt. 

3. Cook about ¼ cup dollops of the batter on a greased griddle or skillet until golden brown on both sides and cooked through. 

4. Top with maple syrup, more honey, chocolate chips, bananas, nut or seed butter... basically whatever your heart desires.
