Pumpkin Breakfast Brownies

What You'll Need-

1 cup pumpkin puree

½ cup SunButter

¼ cup cocoa powder

1-2 scoops protein powder of choice

Frosting of choice, I chose a dark chocolate drizzle 

*Melted dark chocolate chips for drizzle (about ½ cup)

What To Do-

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 6 x 6 " baking tray with parchment paper and lightly grease with coconut oil.

2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients together to form a thick batter.

3. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for about 20 minutes. Let the brownies cool in the pan and then refrigerate for about 20 minutes before frosting and cutting. 

4. Top with frosting, additional nut or seed butter, and/or powdered sugar!
