Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Bars

What You’ll Need:

1 cup oat flour

1 cup old fashioned oats

½ tsp. baking powder

Dash of cinnamon

Dash of vanilla extract

¾ cup Suja Plant Protein Milk

½ cup pumpkin puree

⅓ cup Don’t Go Nuts Cinnamon Spread

1 Tbsp. maple syrup

Godiva Pumpkin Spice G Cubes sprinkled on top

What To Do:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Grease an 8x8 baking pan with coconut oil

  3. In a medium bowl, combine oatmeal, oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract and milk.

  4. In another bowl, mix together the pumpkin, cinnamon spread and maple syrup and stir until evenly combined.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool for another 20 minutes.

  6. Slice and prepare to be amazed!
